Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, the Discover Scuba Diving program is for you.
While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
Under the direct supervision of an instructor you will:
– Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive.
– Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater.
– Learn a few more basic key skills that you might use during every scuba dive.
– Have fun swimming around and exploring the underwater world up to 12m of depth.
At the end of this experience you will not obtain a scuba certification, by the way you might be treated as a “certified” diver within 1 year: you will be registered in the PADI database and, according to the judgment of the instructor, you will be allowed to dive again up to 12m of depth accompanied by a professional diver, with no repetition of theory and confined water sessions.
Minimum age: 10 years old
Option 1 Price: € 95.00
Duration 3h. Consists of theory session, confined water session followed by an open water dive.
Option 2 Price: € 280.00*
Duration 1/2 day. As Option 1 but includes an extra fun dive at one of Malta’s best dive sites.
