This program will complete your training to become a full PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Underwater professionals who hold an instructor certification with other agencies could be admitted directly to the OWSI program: this recognizes the validity of a previous training and offers the opportunity to become a PADI Instructor.
Prerequisites:
- All prerequisites for the IDC / AI course.
- PADI Assistant Instructor or Instructor member in good standing eligible to renew with a recognized recreational diver training organization for at least 6 months.
Duration:
- Minimum 5 days
- Online study option: at least 4 days
