Snorkeling

Add a little extra to your beach holiday in Malta and enjoy a fun-filled snorkeling trip with us. If you want to explore the beauty of the local submarine wildlife, without having to go through extensive scuba diving training, a snorkeling trip is just the right thing for you! All you need is to throw on a mask, a snorkel, and some fins, and join us in discovering what’s hidden beneath the surface.

Our snorkeling trip takes place at Cirkewwa, close to the ferry terminal on the northernmost tip of Malta’s main island. While the ferries to the neighbouring island of Gozo leave from here, the shallow part of the reef is also ideal for snorkeling, as it is home to a large variety of marine wildlife that can be seen without having to dive down too far. Indeed, all sorts of fish of different colours, as well as octopuses and morays have been spotted here!

Programme

Meeting & Preparation: We meet at the dive centre, approximately 15 to 20 minutes before we leave. You will have the opportunity to try on some snorkeling equipment to make sure it fits. When everyone’s ready, we drive to Cirkewwa together to start our adventure.

Diving: Our Guide will accompany you into the shallow waters and point you towards the most interesting parts of the reef and show you how to use your snorkel effectively.

Return: At the end of the trip, we get back in the car and drive back to our dive centre.
